It was an atmospheric race to say to the least, especially the parc ferme and podium presentation.

Hamilton and Mercedes did well in this one to turn it round as it was looking like either the reds or Verstappen were quick enough to take the top step. Verstappen is strong round here and it was a shame he got the early puncture as he was looking good. The title is just a formality for Hamilton now and Austin is a strong track for him so it'sa done deal. Hopefully the last races are going to be a three horse race which leaves next season a very interesting prospect indeed.

Oh, that's not going to have the same level of excitement as usual then. Mind you, shoe choice is going to be critical.

Which bit were you quoting 3L. The bit about three horse race perhaps? If theres three teams competitive for the win on a race weekend that makes it good to watch whatever the track. Sadly as seen a lot over the last 4 years or so its too often been just the mercs.. This season has been a good watch though.
