And this Jag 420G looks like a bargain, even if the two tone paint job isn't everyone's cup of tea, the old cliche ''a lot of car for the money' certainly fits here...

Almost missed this while perusing ebay the other day - a rarity amongst Jag XJs, a Series 1 long wheelbase XJ6 4.2 manual with overdrive, one of just 874 S1 LWB versions built of which less than ten percent were manuals...

This '67 3.4 manual overdrive Mk2 Jag looks like very good value considering the small amount of cosmetic attention it could do with, in fat I'd say for the asking price I could easily live with it as it is...

I like the way it 'sits' and being the later 340 with the slimmer bumpers and E-Type head it probably goes like a rocket, relatively speaking that is! It definitely has the vibe of a blagger's motor.

The same thing applies to this tempting '65 3.4 manual overdrive S-Type, it looks a right bargain...

Just spotted this very early (November) '73 Series 2 XJ6 4.2 manual / overdrive - pity about the '80s sunroof and I'd ditch the whitewall tyres but it could well be a bargain...

Great period colour inside and out, and I'd probably change the black and silver plates for correct period reflective white / yellow raised digit ones instead.

Looks a nice S2 for the money but agreed chaps about ditching the whitewall tyres and the steering wheel 
I would also ditch those black number plates
