These are from October 1973. Starts with the 2nd week of the competition as I don't have the previous issue containing part 1.
Long forgotten entertainer Dickie Henderson ( made the first British recording of the song 'Tiptoe Through The Tulips' according to wikipedia ) & Olivia Newton John are in the second & third parts-

I faintly remember Dickie Henderson, he was in the Bob Monkhouse kind of mould, not really my cup of tea. The VW K70 was VWs first non air cooled and rear engined car, which initiated VWs change of direction, but it wasn't a sales success. It was developed by NSU, who VW took over and was put into production just after the take over.
Much prefer Olivia Newton John and the Escort RS!

I like the way they use a variety of stars and not some motoring journalist for these articles. Have to agree with Carty, Dickie Henderson seemed to be someone ITV would wheel out to host the odd variety show and he always came across as a kind of Bob Hope wannabe. I managed to find the 1st week of the competition during a search. It's not as good a quality as your scans, Arthur, but it's readable when scaled up.

I like the Dolomite, a mate had a yellow V regd one a few years ago. I seem to remember Hilary Dwyer was in Witchfinder General

Well done for finding the missing article Nightfly, interesting the people who crop up in these features, Hilary Dwyer who died last year from Covid complications & probably best known for 3 films alongside Vincent Price, 'Witchfinder General', 'The Oblong Box' & 'Cry Of The Banshee'. I thought she was one of the most attractive actresses of that period.

Part 4 from Nov 3 1973 with cricketer Rachel Heyhoe. Part 5 is missing. Last part from Nov 17 issue is Stanley Baxter.

These are good, Arthur, keep them coming. Stanley Baxter is another entertainer who has been pretty much forgotten, I remember his Stanley Baxter picture show on ITV, wasn't really a massive fan tbh.
I like the Marina 1.8 TC, it was quite fast, had the same engine as an MGB, and was lighter with a better aerodynamic shape.

Has to be said I've never found Baxter's elaborate sketches very funny. I'm not keen on men dressing up as women either which he did a lot, I think he was more like Danny La Rue than Dick Emery.
