Much rather have the mark 3 Cortina behind it! A forum member owns it i believe I did think afterwards that I should have asked the Lamborghini owner if he fancied swapping cars.

I must be a magnet for prestige cars lately. Driving on the freeway (in the Cortina) last weekend I spotted a huge blue car in my rear vision mirror. As it approached I could see the large impressive RR grill and gleaming bonnet ornament. It glided past me. It was a Rolls Royce Wraith.
I couldn't take a picture (because of course I was on a freeway keeping up with a V12).
The sun was shining and the freeway was quite empty so I thought I'd pass the Wraith. I really wanted to have a look at the driver (as you do) and get a better look at not just the rear of the car.
There is always a blonde wife or girlfriend in the passenger seat (well the last three cars I've seen in a month, Aventador, Ferrari, Wraith). The owner was probably early sixties (and so was the blonde, which makes a change !). I did pass it and naturally felt quite happy about that. The RR was only cruising anyway but I watched when he took a turn off the freeway. He went through a red turning arrow ! Well I suppose he can afford the fine if there was a camera there...

I definitely am on a roll. This is too new to class as a 'classic' but a Corvette C7 deserves a pic. This was at the same petrol station as the Lamborghini. I am certainly going to keep going there. The owner told me it cost him $65,000- to convert to right hand drive.

D.I Alex Drake has been out and about and spotted a few classics along the way. She's very kindly taken a couple of photos and forwarded them on to me to post up here on 4:3tv. Cheers Bollykecks Gene.

Great line up in the top picture, the bottom one, I like the Rover P4 and the one on the left, partly hidden, looks like a pre war Peugeot.

Great pics, some iconic motors lined up there, like the MK2 Jag, Mustang and RS2000 and P4 Rover in amongst a couple of lesser known old cars, like the FE Vauxhall Victor and TVR, Peugeot and what looks like a 90's Mazda (?) all of them enthusiast owned no doubt!
