Definitely recommend 'Fox', the 13 part South London saga from Sweeney writer Trevor Preston. The Patrick McGoohan film, 'The Hard Way' is excellent as well, only £3.60.
Another thing I would recommend is the 70's Thames show 'Whodunnit?', full of familiar faces from The Sweeney & other shows of the period, lots of 70's fashions & decor. I might buy volume 3 & 4 of 'World In Action' as I got the first two in the last sale.
About the Professionals blu ray, from what I've read about the restoration process it sounds like it went through more rigourous treatment than The Sweeney, presumably because it was in particularly poor condition. Shows & films can be too scrubbed up though, the dreaded DNR ( digital noise reduction ) they use to clean things up can compromise the picture. The biggest bug bear about blu rays on forums is about the over use of DNR with people complaining that it makes the picture look 'waxy'. I did have a problem with blu rays looking too grainy when I first started watching them & I still do to an extent, but I think it's preferable to over tampering with the picture to get what can be an unnaturally 'clean' looking image.

Nice one Saint. I've got Jack Rosenthal at ITV, several classic plays on there.
Was tempted to buy Space 1999 series 1 but I'm a bit short on pennies at the mow.

Thanks for pointing this out Saint. After talking to Vienna over the weekend i'm tempted to buy Public Eye. If you do buy the individual sets from Series 4-7 or the complete box set with the book about the whole series, I hope you enjoy it, Peter Vi Vienna, i got Public Eye, A Box Called Frank. It has every surviving episode so its going to take some time to watch. Looking forward to the Birmingham set episodes although i don't think there were many of them. Also bought Callan:Under The Red File a book by Andrew Pixley.
