*** UPDATE FOR THOSE TRAVELLING BY TRAIN ON THE DAY ***
Please be aware that there are now planned engineering works between Waterloo and Clapham Junction on Sunday 10th as follows:
The lines between Clapham Junction and Barnes and some lines between London Waterloo and Clapham Junction, including part of London Waterloo station, will be closed all day Sunday for track renewals. All South West Trains services will use platforms 5-8 at Vauxhall and platforms 7-11 at Clapham Junction. Many trains will leave London Waterloo from different platforms to normal - please check displays at station.
There is a revised timetable for services out of Waterloo and Barnes which I have edited down for the Windsor & Eton Riverside services as follows:
Please note that the journey time from Waterloo is now 1 hour and 20 minutes! Please make sure that you have enough time to reach us at the meeting point at Windsor & Eton Riverside station.
Sam.

With less than 5 days to go till the off, here is all the main information you should need in one post. Drivers & Passengers Barry the Radish Gene Hunt & Sam Tyler Athene Noctua

Drivers
It is essential that now arranged, the numbers allocated to each car must be adhered to. Thanks to Del for organising the drivers / passengers. Our drivers have reported that they do not want any last minute changes and more specifically, any additions.
Here is a map showing the car park for drivers and the short walk to the meet up point (Windsor & Eton Riverside Station)
Those travelling in by car can park at the King Edward VII Avenue car park. Those not driving for the Meet can leave their car here for the day. All day parking from 09:00 to 19:00 is £5.00 and evening parking from 19:00 onwards is £1.50.

Please remember that the cost of fuel is high and there may be other expenses such as parking. It is expected of PASSENGERS to offer their driver a fair contribution towards these costs (minimum £5). It is preferable that this be arranged with your driver BEFORE the meet commences during the Meet and Greet.
We advise all drivers that if they receive no such offer from a member that they should inform any of the 4:3tv staff as soon as possible.
Remember our drivers are an essential part of the meets. We should all be grateful to them
Directions
After a few groans from people not wanting to use SatNav, I have had to produce a detailed set of route instructions for the morning drive. All drivers have now received a copy of this and have agreed to print a copy for themselves to use on the day. DON'T FORGET THEM - I WON'T HAVE ANY SPARE ON THE DAY.
Evening Meal
Sam has very kindly taken on the task of booking the evening meal at The Royal Oak. He has been in contact with each of you to get your choice of food and payment in advance. No further changes can be made at this point but those who still have to reimburse Sam, PLEASE DO SO AT THE EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY ON SUNDAY.
NOW, A LITTLE ABOUT THE ITINERARY FOR THE DAY
As this is a NON-SWEENEY MEET, it will obviously be a change to the normal procedure for the day for us all.
Those wishing to join me & Sam for breakfast should meet us at The King & Castle Wetherspoons 15-16, Thames Street Windsor at 8.30am
Everyone else will then meet at Windsor & Eton Riverside Station, Datchet Road, Windsor at 9.30 - 10am for a 10.30am start.
The Locations. Carry On Doctor - Long Hampton Hospital (Also University of Kidburn in Carry On Behind) Carry On Camping - Sid & Bernie buy the camping gear. Carry On Various - (Park and walkabout for 45 mins) See the various houses used in Camping / Convenience / Cabby / Behind etc and a short walk to see the South entrance to Pinewood Studios as seen in Screaming etc.
Drive back into Windsor and park up for pub lunch in town.
After lunch, there will be another walk around Windsor to see various other Carry On locations nearby before returning to Windsor & Eton Riverside Station and having our evening meal in The Royal Oak (as seen in Carry On Cabby).
