Hi there everyone, and firstly may I say a big thank you to Bryn for de restricting my account because of lack of use (AWOL) for far too long!
well, as many of you may know I’ve mainly been living in Sydney Australia since 2017. I do however travel back to England around 3 times a year to catch up with friends and family. Whilst I thoroughly enjoy my “new life” down under, I always find myself spending more and more time looking at UK drama & comedy mainly from the 70’s - I’ve found myself tracking locations in Sydney from Minder (Ray Daley years) and also as of recently, bizarrely watching Love thy neighbour (the final series that was filmed in Sydney) Long story short, Alan & myself met up this afternoon in central Sydney as he’s here on holiday. In true 4:3/Sweeney meet fashion I wanted to create a kinda southern hemisphere meet lol.
well, not an awful lot to show him but I did try my best and we attended the original house that was featured in LTN (the final one that was filmed in Sydney) - So, effectively a 2 man meet 4;3 style lol. It’s all available on YouTube if you’d like to see the episodes?
(I’ll try to attach a few snaps on this thread of our day (once I work out how to do it 😂) Not used to using forums these days!
