Thames TV have over 90 videos on YouTube with features from their 1970s motoring show Drive In.
Here are a few of my favourites, I always like seeing in-period footage of today’s classics from when the cars were brand new.

I've seen a couple of these before and they are indeed a good way to see these classics in their first life.

These are very good and I've watched some of them on YouTube. One of two I remember from when they were first on, the Mark 4 Cortina and Chrysler Sunbeam and also the revised Avenger.

Many thanks Saint, yep a great reminder I've also been rewatching a lot of these recently - fabulous to see those era cars at their launch time. A lot of the other features are interesting too with interviews with industry chiefs etc, factory tours, crash/skid tests and technical features - a great motoring show, enjoy too Tony Bastable's sharp, to the point and down to earth delivery! He wasn't a bad wheelsman either going by in one feature, the way he handled the silver HPF Vauxhall Firenza with it's odd patterned gearchange gate.
