Very sad to hear of the passing of Paul O'Grady. A very funny man as Lily Savage and a good radio host too.

Very sorry to hear about this, always liked Paul O’Grady, a real old school entertainer.
RIP Paul

Yes, very sad.
Not really into drag acts and suchlike, but I did like the caustic wit of Lily Savage with that John Lennon voice.
And yes, certainly old school, in as much in that he seemed as if he'd been around since the 70s and 80s, but of course had a much more recent breakthrough.
Seemed a nice chap, so no surprise he has had so much tributes.
RIP Paul.

I don't normally like drag acts but I did like Lily Savage, he/she? was funny and I think would have gone down well in the 70s

R.I.P Paul Grady - not a fan of drag acts either, but he seemed a popular celebrity and did a good job of presenting as well as getting out out in the real world with some of his series where he helped out organisations etc - a down to earth chap I always thought.
