Not really a cricket fan but noticed Aussie cricketer and personality Shane Warne has died aged 52 which is no age.

I'm not that much of a cricket fan either, used to play it a bit years ago and I do sometimes dip in and out of the test matches in the summer. Remember Rod Marsh from the 70s when I did used to watch it a bit, he was in the same team as Lillee and Thomson, who regularly used to beat England quite heavily.
Shane Warne was a great spin bowler, and he managed to pull Liz Hurley too, so a life well lived!
RIP Rod and Shane

RIP Shane & Rod.
Cricket was on a lot in our house growing up as my dad was a fan, I had a period of being interested in it but I've never been a big follower of any sport. Judging from Shane Warne's instagram content & his past use of diuretics, I think it's likely his heart attack was caused by their misuse. It's becoming a more common cause of sudden death these days from what I've read.

One day Rod Marsh, the next day Shane Warne. Much shock in Australia with the deaths of these two cricket legends. Warne had posted on the sadness of Marsh's passing, and then...
I am not a cricket fan but growing up in an Aussie household, the cricket was always on the tv. I remember Rod Marsh when I was young as a part of an era of the Lillee, Thomson times.
Shane Warne has been in the news for so long with his cricketing milestones and lifestyle.
Both had remarkable careers. Despite the celebrity news, divorce and tabloid reports I feel for the children (now young adults) who have lost their Dad, and by all accounts much loved Dads.
RIP Shane Warne and Rod Marsh.
