Does anyone on here like this? I think it's quite well written and funny. My wife started off watching it, and I thought at first it was a bit of a woman's programme, being about mums and school stuff. It sort of got my attention though and now I like it. Diane Morgan is in it, who is always watchable, her character in this is someone who doesn't give a ****, another good character is Julia, played by Anna Maxwell Martin, whose always mithered to death.
Graham Linehan, who was behind Father Ted, is one of the people involved in it.

I quite liked the episode I saw, like you say it's perhaps something you might not consider watching if you're not in a family set up ( I generally watch tv on my own ), I've only watched 'Outnumbered' recently for that reason but it's a very well observed sitcom. 'Back To Life' is another BBC sitcom with a female lead that I thought was interesting. Might watch some more of it on iplayer.

I'll give it go having read the above and that Graham Linehan was involved.

Sounds like it is worth watching, Cartman . As you said, anything with Diane Morgan in is usually good. I liked her in The Cockfields last year when she appeared with Bobby Ball and Joe Wilkinson.

Superbly written and excellent cast
