Great collection there BG. I still have some Corgi and Matchbox cars from my childhood but they are packed away in boxes in the loft along with my OO gauge train set Steed

Thanks JS. Sounds like you need a trip to the loft and a dispay cabinet as well.

That's an absolutely marvelous collection BG. I love the model cars. I had so many of those as a kid.. So many happy memories on display there. A great idea. Gene. Thanks Gene. Cars are probably the easiest thing to find and the bottom shelf below the Beetles are all from my childhood. I'm keeping my eye out for a reasonable priced six million dollar man figure as had one as a kid but God knows where it went. I wanted one of those when I was a kid but I got an Action Man "with realistic hair & gripping hands", just not the same. I had the Six Million Dollar Man board game (still have it) and The Sweeney Board Game as well as On The Buses Board Game. Great collection BG

Steve I had an action man too. Still have it as you can see it's in the bottom of the cabinet. I won it in a drawing competition with the Evening Argus newspaper. It has gripping hands and has the eagle eye to look through too. I also had a talking one before that as a present one Christmas but it broke. You pulled a string out of its back and it shouted out war commands.

Yes 3ltr there was and also it had a button on the back which made the arm lift up a plastic engine. Also had plastic skin on the arm which rolled up to show bits of computer in his arm. Very sought after toy now along with the Evel Kinevel wind up motorbike and launcher.

The parachute outfit was annoying, the thing was a pain to pack into the back pack he wore and once you threw if up in the air and it "deployed", the strings got tangled up and that was the end of that
