That's a shame Charles and its a fair cost associated with those who have to travel and stay in town. 9;20 is very early for a last train. Not a lot you can do about that.
I've arranged a day off now and ticket has been purchased.

Yes Del, I'd love to have been there. Elstree was a great place to be last April during the O.T.B. meet, and I could easy get the money but I think it would a bit extravagant of me.
I'm not sure if I could get a later train to Crewe and then get a train home from there ?
I might look at that possibility.

That can throw up various ways around things and cut out the need to hunt around various train company websites. |
