Announcing a fantastic forthcoming event to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Grange Hill. This exciting event will be held on Saturday September 15th at ELSTREE STUDIOS where Grange Hill was filmed for many years. A chance to meet dozens of cast members and have your photo taken with them. While the cost may be prohibitive to some at £75 per ticket, it does include a 2 course meal, as well as tea, coffee & soft drinks throughout the day as well as a special anniversary cake. There is also a chance to win a Grange Hill 40 Golden Ticket to star in an iconic Grange Hill scene from one of the episodes. The winners will be given a script and will go out on location with the original actors and presented with a DVD at the end of the shoot. The event will raise money for the Good Grief Trust. I myself will be attending, along with Del Boy & The Saint as representatives of 4:3tv and we will be compiling a full report of the day for the forum. More details can be found >>>HERE<<<If anyone does go ahead and purchase a ticket, please let us know here so we can perhaps meet up with you on the day. Gene.

Also do you do tours where the school once was used in Grange Hill? As of yet, no. I am aware of quite a number of filming locations used throughout the run including the various schools used, but a lot of these have now gone. Just in case you can't find it above, click the following line which will take you to the official website... >>>Grange Hill 40<<<Once on that page, you'll see a green "TICKETS" button. Pressing that will open a box where you can purchase your ticket (and get a free surprise gift if you are quick enough to get an early bird ticket) Gene.

I'm looking forward to this event. Such an extensive cast list attending. For me GH is an iconic show from the 70s and 80s. I never missed it and even watched the reruns on Sunday mornings in the early 90s.
