Looks to have been an excellent day out, thanks for posting Gene. It is commendable that these events are hosted for charity but also admirable that all the stars that attended were so open and friendly. Sam.

Great smudges & what a bonus to meet a Sweeney actor into the bargain. I would think it must've been quite touching to see all those faces from such a well remembered show gathered together.

Gene, it looks like you, Del and The Saint had a brilliant day out meeting the cast of this famous TV series. Thanks for sharing the photos with the rest of us on this forum Vi

Looked a great day out. Some of them haven't really changed, especially Faye. Good to see George Armstrong. No Todd Carty? I was and still am a massive fan of Tuckers luck as well. Glad you all enjoyed it.

Sadly, Todd did not make an appearance even though he was the headline name on the day. I heard no explanation during the event as to why he wasn't there either. However, the number of cast members that did attend made up for the disappointment. Suffice to say I'd go again when they organise a future event.
Gene.

Well that looks and sounds like it was a really superb event and great that so many former stars of the series made it and were more than happy to speak to fans and were so open. Great to see many together in one place and looking well. It must have brought back so many memories for former viewers that attended and great too that it was for a worthy charity!
Glad you had an excellent time!

Looks like a great time was had by everyone.
Good to see Brian Capron there. I imagine he's a very interesting chap to speak with. Recently he's been doing a lot of theatre work including Strictly Murder, a play written by Brian Clemens.

Just caught the tail end of Breakfast TV Grange Hill report.
Looks like there is film of the reunion that looked like an enthusiastic crowd.
Todd C was interviewed but separately it seems.

Thanks GH for such a comprehensive (no pun intended) review of the day's events. Looks like a great day, and fantastic that the cast still have a warmth and affection for the show, the characters and fans 40 years on.
