Tonight at 9pm on ITV3 is a new documentary about Larry Grayson, probably worth a watch The Saint

Definitely worth a watch I’d say. Poor old Larry is certainly in the forgotten bracket. He doesn’t deserve to be, and a few ‘comics’ today owe him a living.

A very funny man, IMO. Today, my lad has been in and out of the house, playing with his football, and can’t be bothered to close the back door after him. I found myself saying “shut that door” in Larry’s style!

I was surprised to read that he was Bernard Manning's favourite funnyman. I always liked him on The Generation Game & have the dvd set of his ITV shows. Watching his camp mannerisms brought Frank Spencer to mind, Larry had a show on tv a year before Some Mothers Do Ave Em appeared.

A nice documentary & at 2 hours it was, as Larry might've remarked, longer than I expected.
