Good shout Carty. I agree with you on 1978 as far as the charts goes. It was the best year of music IMO. Although i would wager a couple of 60s years would rival it. I will have to delve into chart history to work that out. Shame TOTP lost most of the 60s shows. That would have been good to see.

Cheers for the feedback guys. I do, however occasionally, listen to stuff that's not from the second half of the 70s,but I always gravitate back to it. One of the many things I like about 43TV is that if I am feeling s bit fed up and having a bad day, I can use it to retreat into my own little retro world, with the aid of my you tube playlists and imagine its 1977 or whenever again, and everything is once more right with my world.....
