Some hard work done here DE! Very impressive and interesting, even if I haven't got into "Blackstuff"

Western Avenue, Page Moss, Knowsley, L36
Now
ThenJobs for the Boys. Unfortunately the screengrab doesn't show the location as good as it does when you watch it.

The Dean family home on Woodlands Road features in Jobs for the Boys where Chrissie calls for Thomas 'Dixie' Dean (Tom Georgeson) who clears him off his doorstep still bitter due to what happened to him, his son Kevin (Gary Bleasdale) and the boys in Middlesbrough and more so in Moonlighter. When Dixie is interviewed by the DHSS in Moonlighter he states his address as being the fictitious 47 Maryville Street, The Hilltree Estate hinting this location is meant to be the 1970's style estates built in Belle Vale/Netherley which is approximately 2 miles from here in south east Liverpool. However these houses are very much private owner occupied homes than the council stock it hints to be. Unfortunately the gardens at the rear of these houses have been extended and blocked off so I can't do a Now shot of the back gardens and the original Liverpool to Manchester rail line famous for Stephenson's Rocket runs at the rear of these properties as seen in Moonlighter. For our Windy Miller there's a pic of a Northern Electric's Class 319 they inherited from Thameslink which have recently replaced the infamous Pacer trains (based on the Leyland's National bus) on inter-urban routes from Liverpool Lime Street to Wigan, Manchester and Preston I know you're fond of. My last set for tonight I'll load the Liverpool city centre locations and the 'unseen' locations hopefully tomorrow. BIBExcellent trains. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into building them. And good to see that they're still in service after all this time. First time I've seen it in Northern livery.

Thanks Windy a little confession I've used these trains more in the last 8/9 months than I ever did when they were down south LOL!
