Yes indeed, thanks for that Steve! I drive past the place every day to and from work, I hope to be able to visit it one day myself......... Do you live in MK too? Hi Steve,
No I live in Luton, Beds but work near Newport Pagnell, about 5 mile outside it. :-)
The Persuaders boxed set has a small piece of news footage from 1974 with no sound of Tony Curtis test driving a rare 4 door Lagonda (shape like the DBS V8 Coupe - same car is still around) and pulling up outside the old office building which has been kept and may be listed. I drive past that too and the old AM premesis is visible across the street (where the modern showroom is now).

Great thread, this. It has long been one of my big ambitions to see McCartneys' DB6 in the flesh,LLO 840 D.As you all probably know,I am a real McCartney enthusiast,he owned the DB6 through the big days of the Beatles (although he claims to have had loads of trouble with it).I would dearly love a look around the iconic Aston.

Macca's DB6 back in the day, taken outside his 'umble abode in Cavendish Avenue, St.Johns Wood... Summer of '67... Early '69... Linda Eastman in the passenger seat with Martha in the back... And a cheeky shot of my old '67 Mk1 Mini parked in roughly the same spot about twenty years ago... Villain
