Remember watching all of those first showings, with the possible exception of Casino Royale in 1973, although I do remember watching it in about 1977. The only ones I went to see at the cinema of those listed were The spy who loved me, Moonraker, and For your eyes only.

I saw 5 of the films listed on their TV premiere;
From The Man with the Golden Gun up to Never Say Never Again. I saw NSNA while stopping away for Christmas on a youth club trip in Bath, Somerset.
I saw an early part of You Only Live Twice on its Premier but got sent to bed as it was nearing my bedtime annoyingly, but did get to see it all the way through (the first Bond film in which I did) when it was shown again in about late 1978/early 79.
I also managed to see Thunderball not long after, so it wasn't the premier showing. The rest of the films I saw on their slightly later showings, but not too long after their premiers and while I was still at primary school for the rest of Connery ones.
Not sure when I first saw Octopussy, but I remember A View to Kill TV premiering in late January 1990 on a Wednesday night, except I missed it as I was out with mates that evening, but saw it later. My brother was happy he was seeing it for the first time though!
Yep always enjoyed Bond on TV as a kid, and beyond! Although seen them so many times, I don't so much skipping them now, but good to go back to them now and again.

To me there's three that stand out as particularly good, and I always make a point of watching when they're on TV, Live and let die, The spy who loved me and For your eyes only.

Interesting post 3.0 Its remarkable that on average there was a 6 year wait to get the Bond movies ont the telly. I do remember these events being hyped up with ad trailers and the showings being looked forward too by family and friends. Great stuff.

Yes, I remember the hype in '75 ahead of Dr No. Anyone remember that in the early 70's cinemas showed double bills of Bond films. I remember seeing OHMSS with Goldfinger I think.
