How about two hit wonders? Jona Lewie was on the radio yesterday and he just did Kitchen at parties and Stop the cavalry, May and December 1980, and I never heard of him again. Once more, two excellent tracks imo. Jona is technically a three-hit wonder if you count his days as Terry from Terry Dactyl & The Dinosaurs, though I didn't make the connection at the time. He's a mean accordian player.

Another, arguable, two hit wonder was T'pau. The only two of theirs I recollect were Heart and Soul and China in Your Hand. Again both excellent tracks. They probably did more but I don't remember any.
From about the same era, I heard another on the radio yesterday which I hadn't heard for a long time, Satellite by The Hooters. Anyone remember this?

A rousing jolly sounding song which was actually a stinging criticism about the rise of American TV evangelist channels when you studied the lyrics. Good song.

An obvious one, how did we miss Stacy Lattisaw and Jump to the Beat? Great song, never heard of anything else by her

Valentine was another Top 10 hit for T'Pau in early '88. Vi Don't remember that one at at all Vi One of their last ones I remember was Secret Garden during the summer of 1988 which was a nice upbeat number. I remember the video of Carol frolicking around a huge garden maze, red hair blowing majestically in the breeze etc (ahem). Just remembered Leif Garrett from late 78/early 1979 and the great I Was Made For Dancing. I don't think he had another hit in the UK, though I think he was an American soap actor who dabbled with music.

'Radar Love' was a big hit for Dutch rock band Golden Earring in late 1973, but no other songs of theirs made the charts Vi
