Some good news, there are quite a few available on YouTube. Sadly the sound quality isn't amazing but pleased they're on there Hopefully they will be broadcast again. Sort it out BBC4 or even TPTV Rock'n'Roll YearsI have them on DVD - and pretty good quality (having learned a little about Video restoration!). If you want a copy, I can throw one together at some point.
Will have a look at which episodes they are.
Looked at which episodes they are.
The Episodes cover 1960 to 1969 and 1970 to 1979

Oh yes please Sparky, when you get time of course Yes will crack on and let you know. Not fathomed the Youtube thing.
Not sure if I can set up a channel and restrict it to only certain people (like certain restricted sections within this forum). If it was possible; I'd put them all up there for those on the forum to see.

If I recall correctly it started as a Radio Four show then adapted to television. I was born in 1972 so I loved seeing the history around the time of my birth. It also kickstarted my love for some of the Glam Rock acts particularly Mott the Hoople, T-Rex and The Sweet.

You'd hear adults talking of the 60s and 70s and so it was great to learn about these era's. Didn't know about the R4 angle As regards to YouTube , you can set the visibility of the videos to be private public or unlisted I believe, Sparky.
