I'd bring refuelling back (not going to happen thanks to health and safety) but pit stops equal excitement. This leads to different strategies and in conjunction with tyre changes, would really open up a host of potential different possible outcomes.
What about you Batgirl?

With nothing to discuss in the F1 2020 world what former F1 rule would you bring back:
- One shot qualifying - Refuelling - Team Orders banned - Unrestricted testing
I'd elbow team orders straight away but I'd also do something with the tyres. There's too much choice and the teams creep around on them too much. Give them unlimited sets or something to encourage harder driving. Make one compound the same for all plus only wets for rain. That would shake things up.

Looks like we're getting a 8 race European season at least beginning with Austria on the 5th July.

'One Shot Qualifying'
The introduction of snipers to pop the occasional tyres? Who remembers the 1980's Grand Prix video game that had the random oil slicks that used to appear around the track - now that would make it more interesting on tracks like Austria for sure!

Or Bernies idea of a few handy hose pipes dotted around the track. A couple of deep puddles at Maggots and Beckets should liven the lads up as they swoop through at 160. Raymondo.

Yes, I remember on racing game like it was it Atari's Pole Position or maybe Pole Position II?

Some race news the Japanese, Singapore and Azerbaijan races have been cancelled. There's also doubts on the Austin/USA, Mexico and Brazil races too.
If/when the 2020 season gets going maybe a European circuits could be the best way to go. Going to circuits F1 hasn't really been to or been to for a while like say Mugello, Jerez, Estoril, Magny-Cours etc. might be the way to go if anything's going to be got from running this year.
Shame Brands Hatch isn't approved for F1 be great to have a race there!

Thanks for the update Dirty. Out of those I'll miss the Japanese and Brazilian GP's quite like the Azerbaijan circuit and don't really give a fig about the others TBH.

I'll miss Singapore for obvs reasons Del. It remains to be seen what we'll really get with this season to be honest and say if it is just 8-10 races at best this year and Lewis Hamilton does claim WDC 7 you'll get all his detractors stupidly saying he's equalled Schumi's record with a devalued season despite seasons in the past only having 17-16 races and not all of those counting for the title as Prost would've claimed it in '88 etc. It's a rock and a hard place for anyone who wins races and the title this year IMHO. Again perhaps going to F1 ready/approved circuits in Europe that haven't had races there for sometimes many, many years would be good if this season is to have anything to offer. If there's any further issues with Covid and the current European races I reckon an expanded 2021 season maybe even starting in December/January might be a better way to go.
