This might seem expensive for a Mk2 Grannie, but with only two owners from new in 1981 it's got to be worth a look... www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1152979. One owner '79 Rover SD1 V8, needs recommissioning, dead ringer for John Steed's in 'The New Avengers' and George Cowley's in the first series of 'The Professionals'... www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1136990Villain

The Granada looks good, must be a fairly rare model now too.
As for the Rover though, probably a nice motor but the photos are absolute cack. It does annoy me when people stretch an image to fill a screen. Those images are so stretched width-wise that it is worse than watching a 4:3 TV transmission on a 16:9 TV!

Bored as it's very quiet in work today.... Looking for cars that I can't afford to buy and stumbled across this Jenson, which is a great looking example - my word the price of these has gone north! www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1026359

While I'm very much in a 'Jag' sort of mood I've been perusing the online car ads (again, will it ever end... ) and came across this early XJS which is a dead ringer for Gambit's car in 'The New Avengers'.... www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1185725I hate it when sellers put 'POA' in their adverts but this particular XJ6 Coupe looks a real beauty, even in white and despite having the later Series 3 wheels.... www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1177982These Coupes are pretty much the pinnacle of the XJ range for me, a good one in the right colour on a set of Kent alloys really does hit the right spot... They are in Sweeney language very tasty indeed. I'd be happy with either. 10 grand for an XJS wish I'd bought on years ago.
