I'm not a music aficionado but Tenpole Tudor with Swords of a thousand men; were they one hit wonders?? I still sing along to that when it's on the radio; also remember Jimmy the Hoover mentioned at the top of the thread though I didn't buy it at the time. I'll also throw in Wonderdog with Ruff Mix; definitely a one hit wonder in the eighties & I was probably the only one that bought the single Speaking of wonders, Tenpole Tudor had one other top 20 single, 'Wunderbar'. They were Adam And The Ants with a less attractive ( not to me matron ) lead singer.

I recall being on a family holiday in Somerset when Camouflage was a big hit in the charts back in 1986. Even my dad used to like it Vi
