This is an unfinished John Lennon song titled "Now & Then" that was destined to be the 3rd "new" The Beatles single to be released alongside The Anthology series in the mid 1990s.
It was not completed after George Harrison said it was crap and all work on cleaning it up etc stopped. I think someone has taken the original tape version with John and his piano and added some backing drums, guitar etc and it doesn't sound half bad. Personally I prefer this to "Free As A Bird" and "Real Love".

This tune is sampled from an American Advert by a US artist by the name of Thes One. I'd never heard of him until earlier in the week. This track is from an album of his called "Lifestyle Marketing" where he took US advterts and reworked them, some of you will say not for the better. To my mind, these are almost lie a 21st century version of library music. I think it's great, I've been playing the album on rotation all week long.
