Gene - could I register places for Michael Rodd and I please, both with grub.
Not sure if we'll be in a motor - but really like the idea of more walking at this meet.
Worked v well at the Carry On meet, added to the camaraderie and greater opportunity to see Del Boy in various guises and reenactments!
Cheers,
Stan

OK, without any further delay, the itinerary for the 4:3tv Meet 003.
The morning walkabout will see us cover some non-Sweeney film locations from the 60's & 70's, a little known Minder location and also the chance to see, and re enact no doubt, one of THE most famous photographs ever taken.
The afternoon walkabout will be an absolute Sweeney-fest as we take in some locations that have NEVER been visited before on a Sweeney Meet.
Here is what we will be doing.
Those who want to join me & Sam for breakfast in Hammersmith should be at The William Morris (Wetherspoons) in King St for 8am.
MEET & GREET AT COLET GARDENS, HAMMERSMITH for 9am. Meet Commences at 9:30 am SHARP. Drive to The Warrington and park up in Warrington Crescent. This should be approx. 10am. Commence walkabout from the Warrington at 10:30 THE MAIDA WALK 1) Funeral In Berlin - Harry Palmer visits Hallam. 2) Abbey Road crossing from The Beatles Abbey Road album cover. 3) Man About The House (Film) - The House 4) Georgy Girl - Georgy's Flat 5) Georgy Girl - James Mason marries Georgy 6) Robbery - Chase Scene Location 7) Minder - One of the Police Stations used in a few episodes.
Walk back to The Warrington Hotel for lunch (As seen in The Sweeney episode "Night Out")
Lunch from 1pm to 2:30pm.
Drive back to Brook Green and park near The Queens Head. Arrive approx. 3pm.
Allowing time for drivers to return, depart for afternoon walkabout at 3:15.
THE SWEENEY WALK
1) Trust Red – Florence Henderson’s House. 2) Trust Red – Reds Flat
3) One OF Your Own - Jack’s House / Jack or Knave – Sids House (both the same house). 4) Pay Off – Ernie Millans Garage (Also featured as the Minder Car Lot). 5) Feet Of Clay – George’s House. 6) Jack Or Knave – Ronnie Harries House. 7) Jack Or Knave – Jean Jackson's House. 8) The Placer – Mrs Harris’s House / Hit & Run – Fladges House (both the same house). 9) Messenger Of The Gods – Lukeys Church /. 10) Money Money Money - George looks for Eddy in pub - The Bird In Hand (possibility of a swift pint here if time permits). 11) Feet Of Clay – Abdul collapses in front of shop.
Back to the Queens Head for 5:40 - Sit down for meal at 6pm.
The morning selection again...
The Afternoon selection again...
Hope you are all pleased with it.
Gene.

That looks like a fantastic day out, great planning there Guv!
Now here's a reminder for all for the meeting point for the third 4:3TV Retro Channel meet.
Location Here's where we all need to meet up on Sunday at 9am:
As you can see we shall meet at the north end of Colet Gardens at the junction with Hammersmith Road.
Public Transport For those of you coming by London Underground / Overground the nearest stations are Baron's Court, Kensington Olympia, and the two Hammersmith stations. There are also toilets at Kensington Olympia for those that need a Gypsy's Kiss before proceedings start.
Transport For London Status Update It is too early to finalise the Engineering Works for that weekend so once Sadiq has thrashed it out with what he's happy to spend on maintenance then we'll know a bit better. Early suggestions are that he'll keep his wallet firmly closed for the transport infrastructure and spend it on housing - without the transport infrastructure to get there!

Fan-chuffin'-tastic Gene What a great itinerary. I haven't seen Georgy Girl so will have a swatch o that before the meet. Looking forward to seeing Abbey Road too, The Beatles being my favourite band. What an afternoon!! Let's hope the weather gods shine on us again.
See you there!!!
