Yes indeed, great photos Tiger. Thanks for posting them up for us.
Bolly detests On The Buses. She finds it uncomfortable watching Stan & Jack (at their age) chatting up young women, referring to them as pervs.
Oddly enough though, she doesn't bat an eyelid when Sid James is feeling Barbara Windsors tits and arse in the Carry On's...
Gene.

Funny enough Gene my one feels just the same about Stan and Jack lusting after the young dolly birds as they called them in those days. Very funny show though.
Charles.

Annie cringes when OTB is on but is not bothered by their ages and the 'dolly bird' sexism. She really liked the Harry And Paul p***-takes of them though.

A few days ago marked the 50th anniversary of an historic event, Reg Varney was the first person to withdraw cash from the World's first ATM on 27th June 1967. I imagine Reg was asked as he was a resident of Enfield where the machine was located.

Didn't realise that Bob Grant had such a bad time in later life before committing suicide.
Sad to read about that.

It was sad, yes. I don't think he got much in the way of work after OTB finished.
Something funny has come to mind regarding Reg Varney and the story about the cash machine. When the story was in the paper a year or two back, I had the Mirror open on my desk on that page. This guy I worked with asked me to do a report for one of his cases. He noticed the paper and said "and put Reg Varney away - his genius will be a distraction!"
