The two with George Sweeney as Cook were very good, I slightly prefer the second one of the two, On The Run.

I just watched this episode and really enjoyed it. As usual, there's some brilliant period detail. I always enjoy it when Jack goes undercover.
As Steve Austin states it has a low key charm that I think has aged really well and so it now seems more credible than some of the more implausible plots in other episodes.
