First off, can I pass my appreciation for the fantastic organisation to Gene, Sam, Saint and Del, and it was great to meet you all. Secondly, I had a great day today, and it was great to meet up with such a great bunch, and put names to faces.
Thanks to Peter for driving, and some brilliant locations, my favourites were the Police Station in Stockport and the terraced street and viaduct in Collyhurst.
Super day, thanks a lot

Absolutely cracking weekend from start to finish. My first time in Manchester too and I wasn't disappointed, even a bit of rain on arrival didn't put me off. A few pints with Gene and the lads soon sorted that out anyway. A brilliant evening out on Saturday taking in some top pubs was just the tonic we all needed. Sunday soon came around and after we all had a spoons brekkie it was time to start the meet. I don't say this lightly but this was the best one so far. The locations were above and beyond and we covered so many throughout the day. My favourite being the police station I think but they were all top dollar. Massive massive thanks to Gene for his outstanding work on these meets. They flow like clockwork and that is down to your organising. Cheers mate.đź‘Ť Big thanks to Candy girl and Get Carter for driving us around, great fun and many laughs. Good to meet you too Cartman.đź‘Ť also cheers to Steve Austin for the screen grab books. Big thanks to each and every one of you all for the banter, laughs and friendships which make these meet unmissable. I'll post up some pictures later when I get home. Thanks again Gene and here's to the next adventure.

Another brilliant location was that church in Middleton, opposite where we had lunch. It looked like it hadn't changed since the 1770s, never mind the 1970s.

Absolutely brilliant meet! And the thickness of the screen grab booklet just showed how many locations we visited. After seeing all the locations it’s made me like the series even more. It was great to see everyone again and good to meet Cartman for the first time. So a big thank you Gene for pulling off the best one yet! Don’t know how ya do it, ya must a walked about 12 miles in two days and after all that ale lol! can’t wait for the next one!
