A good theme, setting the mood for the film. It was performed by a group called Quinceharmon and was released on a Columbia 7".

9 WEEKS TO GO! The best thing about this scenario that even though it was forced on us due to other circumstances- that after this meet! There's hopefully not ya usual 6 month Wait till the next one!, and decent weather to haha! |

If everything goes to plan (with full release from lockdown and no further measures in the months to follow) then the plan will be Manchester in October for the Life On Mars Meet. Gene. |

Stan, Jack and Blakey must have worked for the Tilling group.
Reason is that in both the films and TV series the buses are all Bristol/ECW types, KSW s in the films, FLF Lodekkas in the series. The Tilling group was one of two conglomerates who operated bus services in large areas of Britain, the other being the BET group. Tilling were nationalised in 1948, as was Bristol Commercial vehicles and ECW (Eastern Coachworks) following this, a market agreement was put into effect where Bristol and ECW could only supply buses to nationalised operations, ie, the Tilling group.
This applied until 1965 but not many other operators bought them.
