Christopher starred in possibly my favourite Sherlock Holmes film 'Murder By Decree' in which he played Holmes with James Mason playing Doctor Watson.
I saw him in one of his last films a few years ago in which he played J. Paul Getty the billionaire.
RIP Christopher.

There is a terrific film called "Silent Partner" (1978) starring Christopher Plummer & Elliot Gould. It's been on TPTV a few times and is on Netflix I think. Worth looking at, RIP Christopher.

He was good in The Sound of Music, I liked his singing of Eidelweiss. I might be wrong, but was he also in one of the Peter Sellers Clouseau films?

Sad news, but a good innings at 91 years of age.
Whilst he'll always be remembered for The Sound Of Music, I also remember him from The Thorn Birds. Annie was very much into that series just after we got hitched, I only watched it for Rachel Ward.
R.I.P. Christopher

Sad news but what an amazing career which continued right to the end. A very fine actor indeed.

RIP Christopher Plummer, was in a number of films I've seen, and yes Cartman he was in one of the Peter Sellers Clouseau films, think it was Return of the Pink Panther, playing Sir Charles Lytton. He could starred with Michael Caine and Sean Connery in The Man Who would be King, I remember in particular, as I saw that o the TV as a child.
