Great entertainer and has been missed on the TV in recent years. Died yesterday following a fall last week.
RIP Des.

That's sad.
He always seemed to have a happy disposition.
RIP Des.

Very sad news. A great entertainer that was always ready to be mocked and a regular for that very reason for me he will always be synonymous with the Morecambe and Wise shows. R.I.P. Des

The Des O'connor Show had many guests on that made it worth a watch. Des was always up for a laugh and didn't mind sending himself up. RIP Des

Sad news about Des earlier today Although his music later on was often the butt of jokes, he had some big hits in the late 60s, and a No.1 in 1968. RIP

Anyone remember Dick a Dum Dum?
One of those people who Wednesday have been on telly forever. Good with Eric and Ernie I thought, RIP Des

I can't think of Des without thinking of Morecambe & Wise, being the butt of their jokes
He was a very talented all round entertainer who always seemed to have a sparkle in his eye RIP Des
