I've caught up again with this series on you tube, which I remember watching when it was originally on in early 1977. It's a really good documentary series about secret weapons and technology developments in world war 2.
William Wollard presented it and it was very well done with lots of archive footage and interviews with some of the people involved, quite a lot were still around in 77. One of the main contributors was R V Jones, who played a big part in the development of radar. Other episodes were about magnetic mines, jet aircraft, and the Enigma code.
