You know, tiny irritations which drive you mad.
Here's one or two of mine
Opening a cupboard door in the kitchen and things fall out of it and onto the floor When you've bought say, three or four things from a shop and you've got back to the car and you find that your car keys are in the pocket on the same side as you are carrying them so you have to put everything down Not quite enough sugar in the bowl or milk in the bottle for the cup of tea you have just made so you have to open another bottle/packet
Anyone else, or an I just in grumpy mode because of this unpleasantly humid weather?

Yes, they're all the more annoying because they're trivial. Unnecessary noise bothers me most of all, drives me up the wall , doors banging in the wind or people who slam doors, drawers & cupboards. There's something about the noise of a door in a house being slammed that has a demoralising effect, it goes right through me. Then when you tell someone they say 'it's only a door', exactly it's only a door so why not close it quietly you noisy b*****d
The thing is, life is hard as it is, these little everyday ( and they are guaranteed to happen every day ) things just chip away at you & make things harder to bear. My ideal would be to live somewhere isolated with no one else & no neighbours.

Bread & biscuit crumbs in the bed
Another bed one is when the elasticated bottom sheet keeps coming away at the corner.

I've been doing some light cosmetic restoration to one of my motorbikes, taking parts off, bead-blasting them, and then respraying them to look as good as new. What irritates me is when putting the part back on the bike and knocking it on an adjacent part putting a small scratch into the freshly painted part. Sam.

The noise a laptop fan makes I find aggravating, then you have to turn on another annoying fan on the cooling stand it sits on to get rid of the fan noise
I've not got one nor seen one in use but the next door neighbours have an Echo or Alexa & throughout the day I can hear the Alexa woman's irritating computerised voice in the background. They've also got a water feature going 24/7
One thing I hate is overhearing other people's conversations, especially when they're not loud enough to understand what they're saying. Being in a room when someone is having a phone conversation or having to listen to people talk about subjects you have no interest in. Also when someone puts the caller on speaker phone, I find this really intrusive as if you're eavesdropping, which in fact you are unless you join in the conversation.
Every time you get served in a supermarket- 'do you need a bag?' ( 'no I've got one thanks' says I with a backpack on my back ), 'do you need your receipt?' why not just give it me as you've printed it out? If I get irritated by it, God knows what the staff must feel.
I live in a small house & my room is next to the bathroom so I can hear people using the toilet Also the shower is directly behind the wall my bed is on. Thank god for ear plugs-

Random irritation; being behind someone whilst driving who decides to clean their windscreen and getting their excess water over your car, I just can’t stand it. No big deal in the scheme of things but it really winds me up.
