The prolific American actor active in cult films & tv, perhaps most famous for his role in 'Enter The Dragon' has died. He had a starring role in the 1965 British sci fi film 'The Night Caller'.

I have seen John Saxon in several Italian giallo films, such as Tenebrae and The Girl Who Knew Too Much. He was of Italian ancestry himself despite his name. RIP John

Yes he did a lot of films in Italy, 'Tenebrae' being one of the first films I remember seeing on video back in the mid 80's.

Yes he did a lot of films in Italy, 'Tenebrae' being one of the first films I remember seeing on video back in the mid 80's. I think it was on the "video nasty" list originally, Arthur

I think it was on the "video nasty" list originally, Arthur Along with another John Saxon film, 'Cannibal Apocalypse', at least I think this film was on the DPP's list of 'objectionable' titles. I haven't actually seen that one. According to some critics at the time, John Saxon's performance was the highlight of that particular film and describe his performance as "well-crafted" in a rather silly movie that delivers low-budget thrills for Eurotrash aficionados.
