Vettel had a shocking season last year so i'm not surprised in the slightest. Seb is on the downward curve in his career although this next move could be a kick up the butt he needs to improve.

I think Dan will do well there BG. Also if there's no season this year McLaren could be a good force in 2021 with Mercedes power too. Ferrari B for Vettel then?

Interesting choice for Ferrari. Perhaps they think they want a B driver as in the Schumacher -Irvine partnership ? Rather than the aggro of two top drivers.

That I will influence where Vettel might go, if he does, as those type of characters struggle to work with what they perceive as lower ranked drivers. Bit pathetic really.

Sainz is a very handy driver mind you and with good equipment could (?) challenge for wins. He shoudln't really challenge/threaten Leclerc but if he get's a run together and some luck it could be similar to Red Bull 2010 with Vettel and Webber at Fez if say Leclerc gets a bit miffed at Sainz getting the results!
Ends the Hamilton to Ferrari rumours which I felt wouldn't have happened for the simple fact he's comfortable and in the best position at Mercedes. Again another weak rumour is Vettel to Mercedes... stranger things have happened remember Schumi's ill-fated return in 2010 and even though Mercedes had serious friction in 2016 between the Hamilton and Rosberg camps it might (?) happen if the team felt their dominance would be enough to have two top drivers battling it out for the WDC.
However can't see it when that situation is evident in a team it usually doesn't work and Vettel would seriously have to buck his ideas up in order to get a Mercedes drive over Ocon, Gasly, Albon, Bottas or even a possibly returning Alonso!

Yes I agree with you. Sainz is a capable driver. He is also very handsome so maybe I should follow Ferrari ! I am happy to watch Dan side step over to McLaren. He is one of the older drivers now or at least is viewed that way. I hate to say it but he should have stayed at Red Bull if he wanted to get a podium again.
What is Vettel's plan ? He is not the sort to leave Ferrari without a Plan B. Will Toto Wolff go to Racing Point and take Hamilton with him ? Imagine Lewis racing with Stroll Jr. in the cool pink cars. I have heard that rumour but people are writing anything for a story.

Could be Batgirl, but hasn't Stroll Snr just bought Aston Martin and is going to rename Racing Joint. Hamilton and Stroll of Aston Martin Racing has a good ring about it. It's possible.

The talent is there but the application was the issue last season.
