I’ve never watched a Bond film How have you avoided them?
When they came on TV it was a big event back in the day
When they came out it was virtually mandatory to get along to the local fleapit
I actually saw Live and Let Die at the Empire in Leicester Square for a friend's birthday treat - seem to remember we went to a Wimpy Bar afterwards. Now that's how you celebrate a 10 year olds birthday!
I don’t really know. I guess, my parents didn’t watch them so that accounts for the first 19 years. I don’t really feel like they’ve been that big a deal since then ... I suppose 100s of movie come out every year. I rarely go to the cinema anyway because of the price ... don’t know, just haven’t seen them!

Definitely worth having a gander - probably one from each Bond incarnation
Connery Lazenby (tough choice) Moore Dalton Brosnan Craig
Which would you advise a newbie to prioritise?
Maybe Goldfinger? Or Craig's Casino Royale?
The latest in the franchise, the 25th Bond movie No Time To Die, is set for release later this year - the release date has been pushed back seven months due to Covid 19

Sean Connery IS James Bond, so best start with Goldfinger. And don't touch the little red button under the gear lever top.
