RIP and thanks for the laughs Eddie, I did used to enjoy Little and Large too as a schoolkid, Eddie's impressions and voices were actually quite good, I remember his Fools and Horses characters voices he did in one show, were not bad considering - He and Sid Little were partners for 6 decades apparently which I never realised - gone but not forgotten.

Yes, very sad news. Like many, used to love Little and Large as kids. Many younger members of the forum probably wouldn't realise how big they were in their hey day. It would probably be amiss of me not to mention that I believe Sid and Eddie did have a particularly bad falling out some years back. Here's hoping they patched things up before Eddie's death.

I watched a very moving live item on 'Good Morning Britain' today on Eddie featuring Eddie's widow, son and Sid himself. They were on very good terms apparently and were in regular contact up to Eddies death.

R.I.P Eddie. Little and Large were very underrated performers. I could never understand why they were portrayed as the 'poor mans Cannon & Ball' for some reason.
Funny thing is, they (Little & Large) had a prime time Saturday night TV slot on BBC1 for about 20 years. Supersonic, as he used to say!
