Brooklands wouldn't be Brooklands without some historic events and coming up on the 16th May is their 1940s Relived day.
For full details of the event take a look at the Brooklands Museum site here: The 1940s Relived
There'll be singing and dancing there, and if you fancy getting togged up as Captain Mainwaring then this should be right up your street.
I'll be at the Slot Festival at Gaydon so will miss it otherwise I'd have been along to see the cars.
Sam.

Sounds like a great event Sam.
I'm busy that weekend myself so can't be there.

New for this year is the recreation of the 1948 London Motor Show
Sounds like an interesting event Sam Shame you can't make it yourself, but I understand that you visited the original 1948 motor show anyway The Saint

Are you back from holiday already?
I thought it was too good to last!

Sounds great, but I can't make it this weekend either. I visited Hendon museum about three months ago, that was really good too.
