I spotted this beautiful Jaguar XKR today, I had a chat with the owner who has owned it from new. 20 years old and only 41k miles. The Saint

Great spotting again ST, they're all very very good but I do like the Escort even with some tasteful mods to it too.
When done like that they can look very good.

Fabulous spots Saint! Some Bentley and Rolls Royces there in pristine order, looking very classy and that Maserati Mexico is certainly a beauty!
The Escort may well be an import as was first registed in 2015 going by the DVLA check and has a 2 litre engine, although unusual to have the fuel filler on the nearside rear wing instead of the usual offside. I wonder if it has 2 fuel tanks.
Today on the back of a transporter whilst driving I saw a Ginetta G15 mid engined sports car shell with wide arches and a set of wheels, in white. They were glass fibre bodied car built by an Essex based firm and used Hillman Imp engines.

Not a car today, but a B regd, 1964, Ford Thames 15 cwt pick up still working. It was in Stockport, and had all sorts of stuff loaded on the back.

I've just spotted a very nice blue AC Cobra pass by our house. Working from home with my desk by the window has many benefits but once again I wasn't ready with the mobile to get a pic.
In the classic metallic blue with chrome bars, a 60's registration and accompanied by a very nice V8 sound, it looked and sounded the part but there was no way of telling whether it was genuine or a kit car. Either way it would have looked a whole lot better if it had been resident in my driveway.
Sam.

A few more sports cars today, another blue MGB, this time the GT version, a harvest gold Midget, the later rubber version, spoiled in my opinion by non authentic black and silver number plates. To me, they look wrong on anything after the late 60s.
Finally, a real novelty, a three wheeler Morgan. Don't know if it was an original, 30s car, or a kit/reproduction. It was great though!
