A retro forum meet, well that sounds like a good idea and lots of fun!
Looks like it's being organised like a military operation, Gene Hunt obviously knows how to plan a successful weekend away!
I may come to this and will let you know a bit nearer the time if that's OK Gene?

By all means Larry. You'd be welcome to join us.
I'd advise sorting the hotel out sooner rather than later as it gets quite busy and more expensive as we get nearer to the date.
Gene.

As Gene advised, the rooms are getting booked up so a double will soon be at a premium. Sam.

It's with immense sadness that I have just had to announce in the obituaries section the passing of a key inspiration for the forming of 4:3tv. >>>Obit - Rodney Bewes<<<Please post your condolences in the above thread. With respect to Rodney, and given the subject matter, I would now like to dedicate our next meet to his memory.

^^^ I think that is a totally appropriate thing to do, Gene ^^^
I see that your itinerary for the day is already including many of the memorable Bob Ferris locations, and visiting them in March will, I'm sure, be very special for us all.
As Bob would say..... "What have I said now? What have I said now?"

I was just running through the itinerary as you posted above Windy and drifted off into my own little world for a moment or two. Visiting the Elm Lodge Housing Estate has always been special but I think in March 2018 when we are all there, it will be quite poignant now.

It certainly will be Guv. It will give us an opportunity to raise our glasses to him and to pay our respects.
