Excellent pics of the very memorable day Bronson.
The locomotive in the pic is an Achilles Class, and it's a replica - the bottom half of the wheels are missing. A Quite Interesting fact, don't you think ?

Thanks to all for making this a fantastic, memerable day!!.. I loved meeting up with everyone as usual & had loads of laughs - Great work guys!!... Sorry for the belated reply, (I've been doing loads of building work at home & no wifi at the mo!!)

They seem to have used the Windsor area a lot for film locations. I spotted a pub called The Windsor Lad this morning in a 1957 film on the Talking Pictures channel. I looked it up and it's still open for buisness. Bronson.
