I've set up a thread for this to avoid the message getting lost in the main Sunday Carry On Meet thread.
Everyone is welcome to join a Carry On Pre-Meet Pub Crawl in Windsor on Saturday 9th April 2016. With the Sunday Meet being based around the Windsor area, this is an excellent opportunity for evening of socialising and drinking in this historic town.
DATE: Saturday 9th April 2016
TIME: 6.30pm - late
WHERE: The Horse & Groom, 4 Castle Hill, Windsor
From The Horse & Groom, we'll be heading off to The Carpenters Arms, then to The Three Tuns, and onwards to other proper Real Ale pubs in the town.
Who's up for this ?

Excellent plan Gene As Kenneth Williams says in Carry On At Your Convenience, "Let's have a bloody good booze up!"

Of interest to me, I notice we are going in The Three Tuns pub which, according to Andrew Pixley's book on the ITV series 'Public Eye', was the location in which Frank Marker used to have a beer with Det. Inspector Percy Firbank. Series 5 was filmed in Windsor by Thames TV in 1970-71.

Sorry lads, I'll not be able to make the Saturday drinks as I'll be in Dorset for the day. I hope you have a great evening but don't get slaughtered for Sunday.
Sam.
