I see Philip Glenister's name is being bantered about now as Clarkson's replacement.
Now if he took up the role under the guise of Gene Hunt...
How about it Gene?
But who to replace the Hamster (or Gerbil as Gene called him) and Captain Slow?
Sam.

I'm up for it Sam. You can join me if you like as I can't see the Gerbil and Captain slow being over the moon with me replacing Jezza. I'm not letting that nonce in the white helmet anywhere near the Quattro though. The Gene Genie.

Count me in!
What have we got in our first series for 1973? A Dolly Sprint? Ferrari GT4? Maserati Khamsin? Pontiac Grand Am?
Knowing my luck I'll get either the Austin All-agro or the Reliant Robin. Mind you, Clarkson did the Robin not so long ago.
Don't moan about the nonce in the white helmet though, the way the 'green' activists are going we'll have to run electric cars with endurance and economy tested by The Sprig
Sam.

This pair of Bristols is huge (the photo is massively reduced from its original size):
... or is that not what you meant?
Sam.

Sam. A lovely pair, every inch of that bodywork has been machined by hand. The Saint

Very nice Gene, I always liked a photo of some classic Bristols myself, so here is something from the 70's making it's second outing on this forum. The Saint Now maybe we should all get or maybe not!!
