Sounds a cracking day. Put me down too and for the evening meal. Not sure whether I will drive this time yet. Might be nice to be a passenger for a change. Sorted BG, you're on the list. Let me know what you plan to do for sure regards driving.

As Stan says I would love to attend and I can draw up a quiz for this gathering if thats ok Gene ?
Oh, I insist Mick
Stan - Will you be driving around for the actual Meet or parking up ? Gene.
Gene - idea would be to drive around the Meet - unless I get me collar felt by DC Burtonshaw and Get Carter! Cheers, Stan

Charles Bronson , John Steed & Athene Noctua ,
Nice one folks. Great to have you aboard for this event. Thanks for your support
Out of interest John Steed & Bronson... When you book trains and accommodation, can you post details in this thread as it may assist others.
Gene. Just booked my accommodation for April Gene. I'll be staying at Windsor Central Travelodge, which is apparently half a mile from the meet up point. I will be staying two nights, Saturday will cost me £62, and Sunday Evening will cost £37. ( That's without breakfast. I'm hoping to join you and the lads at the Wetherspoons for that.) I'm pretty happy with that. I had a look at a Holiday Inn Express, but going by the photos of the interior on the website, it didn't seem any better than the Travelodge. I will be booking my train tickets next week sometime, the cheaper advance tickets go on sale about twelve weeks before the the date of travel. Well worth it.

For this meet, can I just ask if anyone is going to dress for the occasion?
In particular, Gene and Del previously set a very high standard.
It'll be interesting to see if anyone assumes the Kenneth Williams character from Carry On Abroad.......

I'm sure The Saint will make a great "Stupid Farquhar"
If he's not planning to come as Mr Tuttle.

Do those ideas include: - Mr Fiddler from Carry On Camping - Hengist Pod from Carry On Cleo
Just how worried should squad members be?
