We'll let you know all in good time for an A2A meet but there are a few others up our collective sleeves first that you'd still be made very welcome if you were to attend. Sam.

Both Ashes to Ashes and it’s charming prequel are once again available on I-player. So the only logical thing for someone with both the DVDs and the Blu-Rays to do of course is to watch them on there for novelty value , yes? But anyway; just watched S1E4 (The Warren etc) and the scene where they find Joanie in the canal ... they’ve used a completely different song?! I think it’s much less moving, personally, but I wonder why they’ve done it?

Loads and loads of songs have changed! How strange. Any ideas?? We’ve just had The strawbs replacing the Moodies which ... I mean Dave Cousins’ voice is an acquired taste I’ve never acquired whereas Justin Hayward’s is like liquid gold so, hmmm. But it’s mostly irrelevant. Why would it have to change because it’s on iplayer?

Both Ashes to Ashes and it’s charming prequel are once again available on I-player I would say that some lead, others follow Sam.

Why would it have to change because it’s on iplayer? Licensing issues I'd wager. It happened with the film Nighthawks. The original had The Rolling Stones - Brown Sugar and Keith Emerson's version of I'm A Man but licensing issues prevented these tracks from accompanying the DVD release. They have been reinstated for the Blu Ray release but it's only available on the septic side of the pond. Gene.
