Thanks for sharing that Gene. I hate it when "stars" from my youth pass away, you somehow want to believe they never die. Silly I know but there you go.
Glad to know that Brian is still going strong, shame Yootha died at such a young age. r yeah Brian Murphy never looks any older' must be the bald head lol, Gearge and Mildred is so funny, and is definitely on my to get list! I loved the episode, where George is around at the Fourmile's for tea and his pants keep falling down! Lol! Don't ya just love 70's TV! Happy memories!

I'm not sure how old this picture is but it was just posted this evening on Twitter.
Richard is looking much better here than the previously released press pictures were indicating.
Anyone know when this was taken as the book was released in 2010?
Sam.

Sally didn't know, but put me onto someone who might know. They came back with 2010.

Richard looks well in the photo. I hope he's enjoying his retirement, in that showbiz home for infirm folk, it's on the South side of the Thames isn't it ? I remember seeing the lovely Paula Wilcox in a boring stage play years and years ago,by J. B. Priestly. I wonder if she's still working she must be about seventy now.

For those of you who love this film, or have never even seen it, it will be shown on ITV3 on Sunday 24th January at the ridiculous time of 7.55am.
