Some highlights on there for me:
Chorlton & the Wheelies and Clapperboard.
Pipkins lasted to around 1981 - and Central replaced it with Let's Pretend.
And of course - at 9pm The Sweeney - crucial viewing.

Pipkins lasted to around 1981 - and Central replaced it with Let's Pretend. I often wondered what happened to Wayne Laryea (Johnny in Pipkins). Apparently he went on to present Channel Reports on Channel TV in the late 80s before leaving the business to become a school teacher. Pro-celeb Snooker with Eric Sykes playing John Alderton. That would have been worth a glance.

I actually remember "Clue Club" as a kid - was an American cartoon.......... was entertaining at the time!
I notice Banecek on late at night - starred George Peppard, an american Private Detective series. My parents watched that.

Yes I remember Banacek, I think he was a fraud investigator from memory.

I don't remember seeing 'Clue Club' so I had a look on youtube, a 'Scooby Doo' rip off by the looks of it with a pair of jive talking dogs.

Surprised the US didn't call it "Clue Club Clan" or something. Totally missed that one. It can have been on for that long.
Erics snooker table only fetched £300 - if I read it right.
These guys were up for grabs too...

I had a look at Mamod's site, a new steam engine like the one in the TV Times ad costs over £200 today.
