Sad news I remember him appearing in Rutland Weekend Television as well as Jimmy Dancer in The Sweeney. 91 is a good innings though. R.I.P. Henry

RIP Henry. I watched him in the Halloween edition of 'Words And Pictures' from 1975 a few days ago. With "Charlie" the Aniform character, produced and created under top secret conditions. So secret - Aniform did all of their work in a closed set studio at the BBC (Bristol?) next door to the 'Words and Pictures' studio. Charlie was "added" in live to the "words and pictures" studio.
Henry reading kids stories still had that air of menace about it - great actor. Sadly missed.
RIP Henry.

Oddly enough the first presenter of 'Words And Pictures' was actor Gabriel Woolf, apparently not related to Henry Woolf.
